Hence the title. I'm hoping that after their pattern of getting crushed by higher end teams they decide the core is fundamentally broken and make a big move.

I think this is an overpayment for Marner. Liljegren is of little value to CAR. Doubtful Burns is waiving for TOR. Will Nikishin come over to TOR?
