I truly don't understand why this fanbase is so ready to ship out Hronek then sign older less productive dmen.

I'd rather sign Hronek for the money you spent on tanev and demelo and roll with Juulsen at the 3rd RD guy behind Myers.

Zadorov has won me over but he's still not worth 5.55.

I'm not against Hronek, but I think there is greater value in trying to hold Lindholm. Also I understand the Hronek/management are at a pay-value roadblock. I hope his lack of production in the playoffs helps remedy that and this post is a moot point.

What would you pay Zadorov?

I know it won't happen but it would have to be under 5 and for 3 or less years. I think the left side is going to be fine with Hughes and Soucy which is why I don't like losing Hronek as I feel it really hurts the right side of your defense going forward. In a couple years I'd like to see Hughes-Hronek/Soucy-free agent/D-Petey-Willander.

I could really see us holding Myers for two more years around 2 - 3 mill. That would be a good bridge for McWard, Woo to get some experience and obviously Willander to take over.

Zadorov has so much value. If he can up his game more without Soucy (love Souc too) then I could see us trading Soucy and keeping Zad. Soucy is more injury prone and it will only get worse as he gets older. This is not what I hope for him.

I don't see McWard or Woo as anything but AHL depth.
