Description

The Vermette trade is a deadline trade. Fortin has been highly touted. He has a chance to crack the hawks this season, Colorado can't say no to that package as their prospect group is pretty weak. Rangers get a 2C for a defenseman getting squeezed off the depth chart.

Interesting trades. that is not enough back for AA and I think CO wants someone more like Murphy than Pokka for Duschene. I like the potential line up though. Maybe just do the Vermette deal.

Why is everyone fixated on duchene he's talented yes but not the missing link to this teams success. Anybody wonder why one of the best captains in league history (Sakic) trying to deal a 26y center???? First off we won the west last year and yes flamed out of the playoffs but you don't win in the stacked west if you have serious problems. Relax you keep dealing this young prospect for rentals lets build a farm system that can help in two ways young player to the pros and in trades. The hawks won 50 games last year. It was not this bad when we squeaked into the playoffs in 2011 in the 8th seed relax Kane and toews got this
