I like what you have done with Tavares although as I look at this roster this hardly looks like a playoff team I also dought that Sakic will give Duchene up for Barzal and a first. The defence is below average and the Goaltending is horrid. Tavares deserves to play on another team but that trade doesn't seem sufficient for his talents.

Well if you're going to blow it up blow it up. Trade Tavares and Nelson. So you did that, then you trade for veteran Duchene. What's the point?
Kumulin can't be traded just because you want cap space.
