I don't think any of the trades are unreasonable. But I don't think it's the route this team is headed based on what's being expressed through the media right now.
In regards to your lines. I'm becoming More and more of a fan of the idea of having a first line of Z at lw Larkin at C mantha at Rw. Could prove to be really really productive given what they all bring to the table but unfortunately I doubt we will ever see it. Larks will probably start as our 3c with Abby and aa I'm guessing

Look at all the cleared cap space. We could actually make John Tavares a serious offer ! Not a huge fan of Abby, way over paid IMO and best suited for a bottom 6 role.

I wouldn't be mad about it, but Nyquist has a no trade clause so I don't know if he would waive it to go to a bottom feeder in CAR.

Not far off on most of these.

I think if Toronto is going to pay a first, the least you can do is retain half of Green's salary (tbh, a first is pushing it a little, but it's still possible)
CAR is not paying a first for Nyquist, even in 2019. No chance. A 2nd + 3rd is possible though.
NYR trade is iffy, because they obviously already see Pavelec as their backup... The least you could do is retain half of Mrazek's salary though. With retention, Mrazek for a 3rd is very very possible (even for some other teams too).
Also, if you can find a single team to take on Abdelkader's contract, even for a bag of pucks, then you should do it lol.

No need to retain salary for Green, but if required no problem. Trade deadline deal more than half his pay for this year will be paid out already. Yeah the Nyquist deal I see being more of a 2nd +3rd as you suggest too. I wish we could buy Abby a new home...
