On each trade:

BOS/ARZ: For one, how did you acquire Duclair? I'm assuming he's supposed to be apart of this trade. Anyway, I think Spooner for Duclair is a fair trade for the most part. I think Arizona adding something minor (like a pick) would be good. Duclair had a solid first season with Arizona, but fell off this past year. Spooner has been a more "productive" player point wise, but has his consistency issues. This is a trade I would be on board for 100%.

BOS/ANA: This one just doesn't make sense. Trading bottom 6 pieces like Nash and Schaller in a package? It never happens. These are JAGs. You don't see players like that moved a whole lot. They're either TDL guys or offseason signings. Adding Vatrano to it baffles me. He still has potential and isn't someone I'm just throwing away. Vatrano is a guy you use in a package to get a better player, not dealt for a draft pick.

PIT/BOS: I think it's a fair trade for the most part as well. Bruins swap a strength (RHD) for a weakness (LHD) and Pittsburgh does the same. I don't mind adding a pick to McQuaid since he's signed a bit longer. His contract is a detriment but adding something to him makes it a bit more appealing.

The trades, besides the ANA one weren't bad. However, the lineup is weak. That bottom 6 would have a hard time, in my opinion. It's too young and inexperienced. Though Nash isn't a great player, he's a veteran with experience and solidifies a 4th line. If you switched Duclair and Backes, it'd look a lot better. Depth would be spread out, and you'd get a veteran to solidify that young 3rd line. Beleskey over Agostino as well. MB39 is going to get every chance to prove himself. Boston needs him to as well....From a money standpoint and a possible trade standpoint; I.E. He comes back, you maybe can move him. Send Heinen and Senyshyn down for cap purposes. I'd like to see what the cap looks like. They won't carry 3 extra forwards.

Thanks for your response. I think your right actually now come to think of it with the ANA trade. Vatrano I'd like to see have a monster season. The reason I put him in a trade was just as I listened to a Bruins podcast last night which mentioned that if Vatrano doesn't live up to expectations, to give DeBrusk a shot on the 3rd line or 4th line.

I think Spooner for Duclair and a 3rd round pick would be fair for Spooner as Spooner I think if it doesn't work out for him in Boston will have a decent NHL career around the league but he could be a 2nd line center on a team like Arizona or Las Vegas.

I like Ian Cole as a bottom pairing LH D-man and I think Miller has more all-round ability than McQuaid just about without being as big a body and fighter as McQuaid I think it's just about time for McQuaid to move on.

Would you rather see more veteran guys on that 3rd or 4th line. Or maybe you put Duclair on Krejci left wing and then you get a new veteran left wing for 3rd line to play with JFK and perhaps Vatrano.

My preference is to have a mix of veterans and rookies. The top 6 has that, but the bottom 6 lacks it. With what you provided, here's what I would do (lineup wise):

Marchand -- Bergeron -- Bjork
Debrusk -- Krejci -- Pastrnak
Duclair -- Backes -- Heinen
Beleskey -- Kuraly -- Acciari

And I'd send down JFK (i just don't think he's going to be ready) and Senyshyn. This would leave Agostino as the 13th forward. Or you send Heinen down, have JFK as the 3rd line center with Backes on the RW. It just gives the bottom 6 more of a veteran presence.

I think this looks good. The only thing is I think Backes would be unhappy being a 3rd line player and Bjork not ready to play top minutes.

I think DeBrusk has great chemistry with Heinen as well so they could be good playing on the same line

Honestly if you want to give away spooner send him to NYR. We can give you picks, prospects or a NHL defenseman in return

Well getting Duclair wouldn't be "giving him away".

I predict if you put Duclair on a line with Bergeron and Marchand he would be a 30 goal scorer.

What trade idea would you have for Spooner. Would it be a package that would have other players involved or Spooner for someone else. Do you think JT Miller would be a good return or again is he too good to be a 3rd line center.

He's not worth $3.5 until he proves it.
