On each trade:
BOS/ARZ: For one, how did you acquire Duclair? I'm assuming he's supposed to be apart of this trade. Anyway, I think Spooner for Duclair is a fair trade for the most part. I think Arizona adding something minor (like a pick) would be good. Duclair had a solid first season with Arizona, but fell off this past year. Spooner has been a more "productive" player point wise, but has his consistency issues. This is a trade I would be on board for 100%.
BOS/ANA: This one just doesn't make sense. Trading bottom 6 pieces like Nash and Schaller in a package? It never happens. These are JAGs. You don't see players like that moved a whole lot. They're either TDL guys or offseason signings. Adding Vatrano to it baffles me. He still has potential and isn't someone I'm just throwing away. Vatrano is a guy you use in a package to get a better player, not dealt for a draft pick.
PIT/BOS: I think it's a fair trade for the most part as well. Bruins swap a strength (RHD) for a weakness (LHD) and Pittsburgh does the same. I don't mind adding a pick to McQuaid since he's signed a bit longer. His contract is a detriment but adding something to him makes it a bit more appealing.
The trades, besides the ANA one weren't bad. However, the lineup is weak. That bottom 6 would have a hard time, in my opinion. It's too young and inexperienced. Though Nash isn't a great player, he's a veteran with experience and solidifies a 4th line. If you switched Duclair and Backes, it'd look a lot better. Depth would be spread out, and you'd get a veteran to solidify that young 3rd line. Beleskey over Agostino as well. MB39 is going to get every chance to prove himself. Boston needs him to as well....From a money standpoint and a possible trade standpoint; I.E. He comes back, you maybe can move him. Send Heinen and Senyshyn down for cap purposes. I'd like to see what the cap looks like. They won't carry 3 extra forwards.
