Can't Comment

Occasionally, I come across an AGM team that I can't comment on for some reason. Even if I refresh the page it won't let me comment. Can this get looked into please? Thanks

Does an error appear?
Are you sure you have internet connection?

They're separate section, you need to click "see all" or "be the first" to get to the forums section that allows you to post
