What kind of + would you be looking for?

I don't want to leave my team with two #2 centres in O'Reilly and Little. I think he is comparable to Eichel in performance (but 4 years older). Eichel's extension 8x$10M makes Scheifele's 8x$6.25M seem like a bargain.
