If that's the price to pay for a 23 year old, former thirty goal scorer I guarantee you other teams will have a few higher bids. Skinner certainly has value.

Edit: I would add something on the Rangers end to get it done. A decent prospect but nothing out of this world. Not moving any first round picks for Skinner
