Montreal Canadiens was willing to trade Subban to the Oilers in exchange for DRAISAITL, Klefbom, first round pick 2016( turns out to be puljujarvi) . It was initially rejected by the oilers GM. Instead of getting Hall for Larsson, maybe he should have done that in my opinion.

Subban would be nice but at 9 mill a year? I'd rather have pulju klef and the first. Larsson is a fine defence man and is worth it. He's a steady hard working guy. Worth keeping. But hall is missed. Eberle for strome was simply a cap dump

If you went back in time and you were making the sub trade would you not have to include drasital in said trade as the asking price for subban was drasital, klefbom and the 1st round pick that was pulijuarvi? you can't just alter the trade to make the team look better. The only bad move by charelli was the Lucic deal.
