Coming out of junior hockey his primary element was goal scoring.
His pace was not at the NHL level when he started his career. He has clearly worked hard on his skating. He's never going to be a burner, but his agility and quickness has definitely improved.
Trusted more on the defensive side of the ledger. Has a depth role at ES and a primary role on the PK. Long reach / size is an asset on the PK. Provides some physical push back.
