There are nights he can look a bit sleepy with his overall effort and detail, but what's undeniable is he is one of the most gifted offensive players in the entire NHL.
A good skater who has a gear, at times, off the rush. If he gets the edge he is plenty sturdy to shield opponents on his way to their net.
Exceptionally dangerous on the PP. Everyone knows where he sets up (weak side flank) yet he continues to one time pucks and score goals. Fantastic catch and release. Equally elite vision making plays off the cycle / through seams.

Incredible start to the season offensively - 10G - 12 A -
No doubt he has holes defensively but his offense will always be too elite to overlook
