Arrives in Montreal after missing most of last season with injury in Vancouver.
Veteran goal scorer. Should provide some leadership to the younger prospects.
His last full season was (21/22). Has the hockey IQ, and commitment, to be used in a variety of roles. Not a punishing forward, but capable of taking a bump along the wall to extend plays. Has an accurate release. Leans shooter more than distributor. When he gets a look at the net he looks to get the puck on net ASAP.
Might take some time to get his legs under him again but if he approaches the way he played two years ago he will be used in all situations.
