Iginla produced 47G-37A for Kelowna in regular season. He leans goal scorer, but teams shouldn't sleep on his creative thinking. Iginla has fantastic hockey sense. He moves pucks to open areas of the ice to extend plays and skate off his check. He's also not a liability defensively. He skates, scores, and recognizes how to play the game responsibly on and off the puck.

Leans goal scorer more than distributor, but makes smart plays with the puck in all three zones.
Off the rush, if he is contested and doesn't have an outlet option, he directs pucks into areas of the ice that result in 1vs1 battles for his line mate - or himself as F1 on the forecheck.
