Recognizing he has gone through a ton of adversity this season - and had his share of ups and downs - his game at the OHL level has been uneven overall.
There are nights he plays a quick - fast - offensive game. There are also nights he isn't starting on time and takes several shifts to get into the game. His defensive detail is below standard for his ability. Far too often he is following the play instead of stopping on pucks and engaging his check.
