Flyers probably won't have pick 36. Columbus has the option to defer it to next season.

Is he that good? Will he be better than a middle 6 player? Laughton can play up and down the lineup and I think the sabres might want the leadership and mentality that he brings for all of the young players. A 4th rounder on top of that too. But again I could be ignorant to how good Ostlund really is because I don't know much about him.

I get that but they do get Frost back. Maybe switch in another young guy instead of Marat but I wanted him because he and Michkov both played on Sochi in this KHL season

Flyers have a price and it's up to the Jets if they are willing to pay it. It's that simple, not really much bias involved.

Walker probably costs a 1st or slightly less. I've seen a lot of people propose Chibrikov + 2nd and I think that's fair

I'd be happy with that package from WPG. Not sure why Flyers would make that Broberg trade though considering Tuomaala's development and they don't really have a need for bottom 4 LHD in the system.

Flyers TDL
I don't think trading Petersen is worth it, Flyers can afford to soak his cap hit and shouldn't be giving up future assets to do this. It completely goes against what they were just saying, which was that they were willing to take on salary for picks. Also Risto isn't moving this deadline but I'd be happy with an offseason move

Flyers pass on Erne and Niemalainen. If they're retaining at all they might as well do the full 50%, and in that case would ask for a 1st in return

For a contending team, yeah. But they'd be more likely to trade him in a package for someone like Zegras I think

Fiala trade for example. Brock Faber and a 1st. Oilers don't have a Brock Faber.
Debrincat trade. 7th overall pick+ came back.
Need I say more?</div></div>

Oilers All in TDL
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>mm1010</b></div><div>you quite obviously have not watched holloway this season and broberg hasn't struggled just no spot for an opportunity as he has 3 established vets ahead of him with very few injuries. most of his stints have had him playing on the right side which he has done a fair job in doing. His numbers in the AHL where he has got to actually play and play his side are very good.</div></div>
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Oilers_29</b></div><div>Yeah ur full of it you have no idea what ur talking about I can almost guarantee you haven’t watched any of the oilers prospects before based of how ridiculous this comment is lmao</div></div>
Either you guys are overrating your prospects or you don't know the value of a point-per-game, goal scoring, star winger who is also gritty, young, and has term. At a low AAV. If the flyers are trading TK they will want an asset that at least has the CHANCE to be as good as TK is.
Holloway is 22 and has near-zero chance at becoming a star. Looks like a middle six winger looking forward. Broberg is 22 and can't even crack his NHL roster - middle pair upside. Bourgeault and Akey aren't as good as the first two I named. Oilers 1st rounder is a lottery ticket on picking a 1st line/pair player.
You see what he's saying? The oilers can't even offer a return that has a mediocre chance at turning into a future first line/pair player. So why would they trade TK, a star player, for a handful of hopeful middle of the roster assets?

I wouldn't be wholeheartedly opposed if there was a better return. Like a much better return. There is basically no place in this league for Campbell's contract and we aren't gonna create one for only a high first.

You know Campbell has three more years left on his contract after this season, right? That coincides with Michkov's ELC which we should be making the most of for its whole duration. What a burden that would be for only a pick in the high 20s, which doesn't even consistently produce everyday NHLers.

You don't get it?
Kuzmenko is having a wildly different season from last season, but this can be partially explained by his shooting percentage and some luck metrics. If he finds a middle ground, which is likely, and you give up a 3rd for him, you're laughing. Now you have a guy who's got 25 goals and 25 assists on a 5.5m AAV, which you can reduce to 2.75 for a contending team which absolutely warrants a first.

Yeah, a great 3C, which isn't scarce in this league. He's also better on the wing so I'm not sure if he's a C long term. I may be overrating Kaliyev so the inherent value of Cates isn't there, but I really think he's an expendable guy for Philly if they're looking for a top-of-the-lineup talent.

He's 24 years old I don't think he has any upside to what he is right now. Last year he was good but he isn't as good this season, and I think he's a redundant player on our team so if a team is interested in him he should definitely go. Not to the Kings though from the responses I've seen
