My New Jersey 2020 off-season moves

also there's nowhere near enough value coming back in the Vancouver deal to take Eriksson's contract.</div></div>
Yes, but there is no chance Merkey is going to make the Devils roster with their center depth. Svechnikov could.

Buffalos next steps

That might actually work

If Rossi falls down at 8, call the cops because that would be a robbery lol.

What I Would Do If I was Each GM
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>DriveFor25</b></div><div>yes i could easily see that happening. they’re basically interchangeable on this mock, i just think DET will go for Raymond adding another good winger would be good for DET since Veleno imo will be a good 2C.</div></div>
Yes, both picks make sense for Detroit, but I think having Rossi/Larkin/Veleno on center could make them contenders in a few years.

Keeping Tampa as a contender
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>sens65</b></div><div>Cernak will probably get 1 million more, and Cirelli will want a lot more.</div></div>
Those are only a bridge deals and I know that Tampa would be very lucky If Černák and Cirelli agree on those contracts.

Keeping Tampa as a contender
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Vermathex</b></div><div>with tampa i could see one of, if not both of serg and cirelli taking a 2 year bridge to match up with point to try and win some more cups honestly. Tampa always gets guys to take less</div></div>
That's what I've been thinking

The best mock draft I've seen so far, but I would swap Rossi with Perfetti. Also, I think that Peterka might end up being a 1st rounder.

Keeping Dallas competitive
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>TheMooterus</b></div><div>May look like it fits within the cap, but Dallas could have anywhere between $3-5M in overage penalties from this season that will take a massive toll on their cap situation. Gurianov & Hintz will likely take bridge deals & Khudobin is likely gone after the season.</div></div>
True. But I would love to see Khudobin in Dallas for the next season. And yes, bridge deals are very likely to be signed by Gurianov and Hintz.

Keeping Dallas competitive
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>KakkoForMauriceRichardAward</b></div><div>Except Oleksiak isn't a cap dump at all LOL
If that's all it takes to acquire him then we'll just trade Kykov and a 5th for him</div></div>
That's probably true, but If Dallas is desperate I might see them shopping Oleksiak very cheap. In a better case for Dallas they will recieve a higher pick from LA

They will have 14.4 million in cap space next summer, they will re-sign Heiskanen easily

Yeah, it was a close one, but I think that Jets are still more than happy with their pick at #2
