<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>chestersmu</b></div><div><i>Some questionably lineup decisions, but the core is really good. I wouldn't assume Pulijujarvi will be in the top 6 right away. I see him on the 3rd line to start, Carr- Eller - Puljujarvi would be a really good 3rd line, with Puljujarvi likely getting some top 6 opportunities throughout the year. I don't see Scherbak or Lehkonen in the NHL full time next year, although Scherbak being in North America, i'm sure he'll get some games here and there.

Given the basis of your lineup, if Bergevin didn't go out and sign an established top 6 RW, than I think it'll would be McCarron and Andrighetto competing for the open top 6 RW spot. With Skinner in the picture, the line has already given up a lot of size, I could see Andrighetto hypothetically getting packaged to improve the Defence.

Pacioretty - Stamkos - Gallagher
Skinner - Galchenyuk - McCarron (Although Galchenyuk will need to show he can play two way hockey for this to work.)
Carr - Eller - Puljujarvi
Byron - Mitchell - DSP
JDLR - Flynn

4 out of 5 for the trades and the core, but I you lost me with some of the lineup choices.</i></div></div>

Thanks for the comments guys!

First off, I agree with everything you said!

Actually, I was just messing around when doing this! I would be really surprised if these trades were to take place.

Also, the offense lineup I did is really not what I am expecting for next year. In this case, except for Stamkos, Gallagher, Pacc, Galch, Skinner, Eller, Mitchell, I would like to see all the others compete for the remaining roster spots, something we didn't see at all at our last training camp. I would have to agree that McCarron annd Andrighetto are the most likely to get the last top6 RW. Carr - Eller - Puljujarvi could be a really solid 3rd line yes, Puljujarvi being good both ends of the ice could help out a lot Eller to shutdown decent lines and gain great experience. I 'm actually super excited to see how Lehkonen does at training camp. He is doing really good with the big guys in Europe. But again, I doubt he can do better than Carr right now.

Finally, about the package for defence, you are right, this defence is pretty weak. Either we trade for help, or we draft a NHL ready D like Jacob Chychrun (I read he could be NHL ready but I'm not sure) instead of Jesse Puljujarvi.
