He had a 40 point season at 19 years old dude, and he's still only 21. He's just had an injury last year. He is definitely a top 6 player and would be Giroux's replacement!

Not saying he’s worth all that, but Kent or Jiricek have to be included id imagine.
Edit: misread. KJ and 4th would be a really good offer i’d take if Brady asked out.

2024 Off Season
If Sens need to shed that Forsy deal then this would be absolutely a done deal. I'm not sure what's going to happen though, but we'd take this if we have to.

Sens want a player who's ready to play in the top 6 right now over a high draft pick if we ever traded Brady. I've seen dudes offer Kent + Jiricek + Sillinger on here for Brady lol.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>emoprettyboy</b></div><div>that’s a plenty reasonable price for Marner, but I just don’t see any Marner acquisition making sense for the Sens. soft, perimeter skill that would immediately be the most expensive player on the team while needing a big extension doesn’t really fit</div></div>
He is Giroux replacement, the guy is 36 and not getting younger. Batherson + Marner as our RWs of the future is good af. Cap is going up to so if this was the offer we should take it and run.

Fair, but many teams passed on Wyatt. He was ranked in the late 20's to 30's on a lot of boards.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Who_is_Jimmy_Stu</b></div><div>Tanev and DeMelo should have no problem with Ottawa. Chatfield and Carrier are not big names and will come if we pay up.
Pesce and Roy likely won't come to Ottawa but I'm not interested in that bidding war anyways.
Give me:
Sanderson-Zub
Chabot-Tanev/DeMelo/Chatfield/Carrier
Kleven-TVR/Whitecloud</div></div>
I'm down with that all day man.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Who_is_Jimmy_Stu</b></div><div>Ya I don't think we need to waste assets on Cernak.
I understand a lot of players may not want to come to Ottawa but come on if we pay up, we will be able to land one of Tanev, DeMelo, Roy, Chatfield, Pesce, or Carrier.
There are probably some other good options too.</div></div>
Half the league will be bidding on all 6 of those players, and Ottawa is literally on 95% of dudes NMC list for a reason. Big name players do not come to Ottawa.

Bruins Offseason
Ullmark literally fixes so much of our issues, but with Josh Norris being out every single season Pinto has stepped up and solidified himself as our 2C of the future. We can't afford to lose him even if the return is a stud goaltender.
Maybe Norris stays healthy until the trade deal line next season and there's a deal to be made there though I suspect Ullmark will be gone by then.

Big fan of the Chatfield signing, I love his game</div></div>
Valid! I just kind've aimed for big and physical dudes to surround our studs on offense. Cernak and Jeannot both hit anything that moves and deal with the fighting so Brady doesn't have to do it. Chatfield I would love even if he's our #2 to pair with Chabot.

Trying something new with Cernak and Sam Dickinson
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>JTBF81</b></div><div>From a value perspective, it's not terrible. Tampa fans aren't kidding themselves about Jeannot, and most of us know that he's worth a mid round+maybe late round pick at this point, at best. Cernak is much harder to move though, as while he's not a top pairing RD, he's a very solid 2nd pairing caliber defensive dman, which Tampa is in short supply of. I think Tampa declines not because of value per say, but because they need to add another capable defensive RD this summer, not lose one.</div></div>
Thank you for the feedback! RD are very scarce so I wouldn't expect TBL to even move him. I just expect the Sens to strike out on a quality RD in free agency so we'll likely have to make a trade for one.
