After expansion
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Whatuplilpup</b></div><div>I originally had a Arviddson/Ellis for Sanheim/Konecny and a 1st/Frost. I personally don't think RyJo is washed(at 28yrs old) and getting a 1c/2c would be more beneficial than possibly delaying any of our RW prospects. PP would be a lot better with Ellis and Johansen too</div></div>
I 100% agree, and a top pairing of Provy and Ellis would be absolutely game changing for the team, finally a partner who can carry those minutes, and can help Provy get back to where he was. It also helps on the PP as you mentioned. I think the number 1 priority is solidifying that top pair, not only is it a need as mentioned, but if it helps Provy get back to where he was, it's like killing 2 birds with one stone. It can't be understated that that should be Fletcher's number one goal this OS, either by FA or a trade.

The More I think The More I Want Bouchard
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Whatuplilpup</b></div><div>I don't think he'd get a shot anyway next year unless they traded Gudas, Mac or Haag. They'd probably risk Morin and Haag not re-signing if they got looked over by another rookie. And Hak hates rookies</div></div>
Bouchard is going to be a stud. Could you imagine a Provy, Ghost, Sanheim and Bouchard top 4?

Try to change my mind
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>sk540</b></div><div>He was exceptional? What were you guys watching, exceptional? I really hope he becomes exceptional, as soon as possible, but what Sanheim was out there was no where near exceptional. It was nice to see him out there holding his own, but exceptional? Really?</div></div>
Also, if you're going to use basic hockey statistics as a way of determining how good a player is, be prepared on being roasted alive with advanced analytics.

Try to change my mind
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>sk540</b></div><div>Sanheim and Laughton have not proved to anyone they are going to get big long term deals. Obviously the same cannot be said about Provorov. I would imagine Provorov getting a raise a little higher than what Ghost got, and Konecny with all his potential, albeit without the numbers to get that big raise, I would anticipate something that Mark Stone got when he got his raise, something in the mid 3's. With the inevitability of the cap going up, Jordan Weal and Neuvirth contracts gone, as well as Gudas the year after and another raise in the cap, plus the 2+ million we still have in space for the current year, our cap situation will be tight, but our team will be set.</div></div>
Provy, $7.5 mil. Konency, $4.5-5.5 mil depending on next years performance. Hextall will likely try and lock up Sanheim cheap if he can so 5 x $2.75 seems reasonable. Laughton will get a raise to around $1.25-1.5 likely.

Try to change my mind
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>sk540</b></div><div>You're crazy if you think Konecny gets 4.5 mil or more with his stats. You're not gonna pay him based off potential alone and remembers he was a healthy scratch and played with the third line this at multiple points over the last two years. Provy getting 7.5 mil is also not gonna happen, he's gonna get paid as much as Keith and Doughty and Seabrook?? Cmon, he's a third year player, who being very good, this is his first contract. He will get something north of Ghost, I would say 5-6 mil just to take away some of his early UFA years. Sanheim at 2.75 is laughable to when he was benched for the first half of the year and the last couple games of the playoffs. I understand the potential is there, but these numbers are all overpayments. I'd let Laughton walk before I gave him more than 1.5 mil so thats about right.</div></div>
Do you even follow hockey?
Konecny put up 47 points after spending half the year on the 3rd/4th line.
Provy is one of the top D men in the league already so absolutely he will get more if we want him locked in for 8 years. Or you can pay him 5 for 3 years then pay him 10 per after that.
As for Sanheim, do you really think that just because he was sent down earlier in the year that he isn't good? When he was in the lineup for the playoffs he was probably our 4th best D man.
You would let a solid bottom 6 player walk instead of paying him $1.5 per when we have cap room to spare?
I'm sorry but you have no clue what you are talking about!

Part 3
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Flyers2000</b></div><div>If the fact that we are gonna put a top 6 forward on our third line is gonna influence you to not want to do a trade (not just this one, any trade) then you don't even want to win</div></div>
Why would we give up a really good prospect and a 1st round pick, both of which could easily become what Reinhart is so far? The trade makes zero sense for the Flyers. The values are off on every single trade you have made above.
