It would be interesting. Just a huge risk.</div></div>
But sometimes you have to risk a lot to be successful and that’s might be what’s gonna happen in Pittsburgh soon

Nah i rather not get Seth then if giving up Guentzel is what it would take what’s Dubinskys contract like

You have to know when to get out on top.
Jones is a good player, but at what cost to get him. It's not worth all they would ask. I doubt they would even seriously consider moving him.</div></div>
Yah CBJ is going ask for a big price and at one point that would be to much so who else is out there that’s got top 4 young RHD

It's hard to find RHD puck movers.
Just look what Shattenkirk pulled in and he's no where near as good.</div></div>
That’s the thing it’s hard to find good RHD puck movers and that’s why I think out all Justin is going to get I nice contract and trading letang and get someone younger might be a smarter idea

I'm ok with that. Marino is better anyway.
If anything by TDL they should look at moving him. They won't need him and they can get a huge prize for him.</div></div>
What do you think will be a good return for Justin then

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>pharrow</b></div><div>How does the CBJ trade actually help the penguins.
They have a legit 1RHD. and they have 2 legit 2RHD.
If you are going to bring in Jones, Letang is the guy who has to go.
That way next year you are looking at Jones and Marino in the top 2.
But none of that helps if they are giving up a lot of other stuff.</div></div>
Ik that’s not going to help the pens this year but we will have a lot of money for the FA in which we can bring in really good players and we will money to resign Justin Matt

Every team is trying to win so if we offer CBJ a solid deal they might take it plus the picks that we give they can draft more players and that might also help them in the future

We need Guentzel offering letang and couples others and picks might be the only solution

Honestly now that I think about it letang and couple others for Seth would be a good idea and we will get a lot of cap space for next years FA

I think that might be to much he put up 80ish points last season and I think pens won’t trade him any time sooner

OTTAWA
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Claesson4Norris</b></div><div>I don't have a problem with the sens taking on Gudbranson if there is a deal out there, but I don't think there's a price to get Ottawa to take JJ. I wouldn't do 3 years of Ryan for 4 years of Johnson straight up.
Gud makes more sense because he can at least play in the top six (even if I don't think he's very good at all). He at least brings size and toughness, and it's not like Ottawa is swimming in RD at the moment.
JJ wouldn't work because the sens are pretty flush with young LD, and aren't likely wanting to pay a guy 3.25mil to sit in the press box for 4 years.</div></div>
Honestly if Ryan can put up points then why not go all in and he can be a Phil replacement
