Pionk sucks, Schmidt is a natural LD, and there’s no guarantee Demelo re-signs
Hronek makes a lot of sense for them

Why would they Canucks give up a 5m x3 27 year old Vezina finalist for a first from a playoff team and Rielly who is useless to them with Hughes and Hronek running PP 1 and 2.

2024-25 Canucks
Solid description and well thought out!
My overall caveat to it is that although the playoffs are a very small sample size and don't usually affect contract negotiations too much, they do offer a window into player strengths and weaknesses when the intensity, physicality and pressure really ramp up.
For example, what you wrote about both Hronek and Zadorov is true during the regular season, but their deployment and effectiveness has changed in the post-season (especially Zadorov). Technically he's still being used as a 3LD at 5v5, but he's been used heavily on the PK and has even taken shifts with Hughes. I've written previous ACGM's stating that Hughes could easily be our top pair RD if he had the right partner to support him, and Zadorov could possibly be that guy. I'm still in favour of signing Tanev for a couple years too, but failing that I think using Hughes on the right side should seriously be considered.
Having said that, Hronek is still a good Dman and I hope the team re-signs him to a reasonable deal. 8 mill AAV was never going to fly with management, so his drop in offensive stats in the later part of the regular season and into the playoffs may actually help the team's case in getting him signed at a more reasonable number.
Ideally both guys stay. They bring different skill sets but are both important to the team's potential success.

RHD will cost alot--Marner to VAN--JT on LTIR
Canucks won't be interested in Marner at all. He's a great player, but they don't have the cap space to afford his contract. Boeser for Marner doesn't make any sense, yes Marner is an upgrade but not nearly a big enough one to consider paying nearly double the salary for him over Boeser.

Canucks have no interest in Marner. We are more than happy to keep our top RW that can preform in the playoffs unlike a certain guy coming back in the deal, Soucy has been a huge stabilizer on defense for us no interest in moving him either, would pay a 2nd for Liljgreen but that's about it.

Marner
Unless Marner is not willing to go anywhere else I don't see Toronto accepting that. They would probably want a deal around Hronek+
Zadorov and Lindholm deals are quite optimistic. Also running a 20 man roster is not reasonable

Canucks aren't gonna have any interest in Rielly. He's never gonna get any PP1 time which limits his value.

Someone complained about our young guys playing
Value wise this is probably great for VAN but 0 chance this works cap wise or logically. The Joshua-anyone-Garland line is the beating heart of this team half the time, no way they move him. That and Lekkerimaki is untouchable

Hronek
The value is pretty fair. But if Hronek will sign for 7M the Canucks will likely sign him. And Garland has been one of our best forwards this season so not sure if we’d want to move him either

Yeah there's no Value here for Vancouver at all, Garland has been abouslety fantastic this year for us and has driven our "3rd" line all year to be one of the best 3rd lines in the leauge, he's pretty untouchable right unless a perfect offer came along, this Is certainly not that package I have doubts that Holl would even beat out Juulsen on our blue line, the value here is completely out to lunch. Vancouver certainly isn't looking to move him and Garlands never asked out
