Can pretty much guarantee it won't be the Hawks.</div></div>
"Hawks aren't tanking any more" your roster contains one superstar and one first pairing defenseman

Dvorak isn't that far in the negative value imo, he's still a capable third line centre who I think just needs a change of scenery - he never worked in MTL. Even just for one year, a 3rd to take on 4.45M is fine, and then you can flip him at 50% for positive value if he shows up and plays well

Downgrade from Yakemchuk to Jiricek + you get Farrell + 2nd. Even if Rochester is crowded with talent package those pieces for better talent that can give the team a push to the playoffs

value wise this actually ain't bad except for the Norris trade. Good job c****
I would stray away from Norris cuz he's a good player, but he's being paid like a 1C when he's a 2C and he gets injured too much

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Billy316</b></div><div>They dont have a Guhle or a Roy to offer up
I mean Rossi would only be one part of the equation
Depending on who that 2nd player is and where the pick fell ?
Possibly
Personally i like Roy who's 2 inches shorter but roughly the same Mass
Roys been training with Franky B who made his name for his Strength at 5'9
He wasnt a stranger to fights despite not liking them
He had 40 sum and not little guys in his weight class either
Still out muscled many of them which is the same way he built our 5'11 215lb Captain with Tree Trunk legs lol
Only player i like is M.Foligno but not for that term and cap for a 20-30pts player who's Tough and Nails and a solid Playoff type guy.
But 4m x 4 years with 2 years NMC is a hard sell
Not saying MIN doesnt have high end skill , you do
Its just all pieces you cant part with</div></div>
Sure they don't have a Guhle, but you can argue they have a guy around the same value as Roy in Ohgren imo. You could probably replace Guhle with Rossi though.
That makes your trade something like Ohgren + Rossi + late 1st for Caufield. I don't take that if I'm MTL, and I don't take Guhle + Roy + late 1st for Boldy.
Roy is good, I like him too, but he's a middle sixer at best. Probably 50 pt ceiling. Foligno is a nice add but they won't move him, and I don't want him for 4M

Would you accept this same package for Cole Caufield?

I mean you now have Daniil But and three second round picks (which could easily become a first round pick or two if you add a mid or low round pick to move up). But is a GM's wet dream so I think they see him as pretty valuable. Not sure who they'd go for though

Rossi for Knies - Who Says No
MIN. Rossi projects to be a top six player for them for years to come in a position that they severely lack in, trading him for Knies doesn't make sense, because then they have one centre (JEE) and a ton of wingers (Kaprizov, Knies, Boldy, Yurov, Ohgren)

real hater behaviour right here lol. 11th overall pick in a whatever draft, CF scouting has him projected top six. Just because I say something doesn't always mean it'll be true - just my guess. But I should have a director of scouting job

Not too sure about Reinhart 11M - would be a mistake
Keep Geekie in AHL or play him 3C - 2C is his ceiling and playing him there right off the bat is a mistake
Put Stephenson as 1C or 2C
Could probably trade Kerfoot for a defenseman, or trade him for picks and trade picks for a defenseman

Way too much for Reilly smith. He’s only worth a 3rd WITH the retention</div></div>
Chychrun's extension causes a bigger issue lol
Probably right on Smith, but a 2nd is fair imo
