Make the best team you can that fits under the cap.

Here are the rules:

1) The team must have 23 players on the roster

2) The team must be under Cap Friendly's 2018/219 cap (79,500,000)

3) Players must play their primary position* (Left wingers on the left wing, centres at centre.. etc)

4) Defensemen must play their shooting side (left handed plays left side, right handed plays right)

5) Created players are not allowed.

*Players with a dual position (C/LW) can be placed at either position

Try to get as close to the cap as you can to make things fun (NO entry level contracts, ie. Matthews, Eichel, Barzal, Laine, Pettersson... etc.).
