NO need or Cap for Karlsson .. trade for Risto and room to keep 1 more of "middle guys" now or use money to trade for 2nd liner. This is classic 2 for 1 and I will take the 2. ONLY way I see this happening is if Sergachev traded for a #1 pick or stay at home RD with good contract. Foote also will need to play 3rd pair next year.

How "no cap" for Karlsson? I doubt Sergachev is going anywhere. Tied for 6th for most points by a rookie defenseman since 2010-11. Risto's plus / minus is horrifying. Foote will have to prove he can hang on the NHL before he passes Cernak.

huh?.. Sergachev was 13 in 2010 .. move on junior.. normalize all stats for plus minus then talk to me ..

What math are you doing Einstein? lmao, Sergachev was 11 years 6 months on 1/1/2010 & 12 years 6 months on 12/31/2010... And who's plus minus are you talking about?? Sergachev is a strong career plus!!! Risto is an even stronger career MINUS!!! Today Sergy is 20 years 8 months. His career +/- is PLUS @ (+58). When Risto was 20 years 8 months, his career +/- was MINUS @ (-68)... Today it's -159. NEGATIVE 159. That's horrific... last thing we need.

Since 2014-15, statistically out of all active NHL dmen stats since 2014-15, how many of the of top 10 +/- leaders do you think play for Tampa? The answer is 4, and they're all in the top 7, not top 10 (#1 McDonagh @ +106, #3 Hedman @ +84, #4 Stralman @ +80, #7 Girardi @ +63).

Since 2014-15, the top 5 worst +/- ranked: #5 (-72) #4 (-75) #3 (-78) #2 (-90) #1 (-120) ............ Guess who's #1... You guessed it. BIG no thank you.
