I think they do whatever they can to keep Kapanen, but if all else fails this is a good plan, Except I would pay more nutivaara ie. TOR 2020 1st and anything that’s not on the roster if nessecary

I couldn't agree more. I would prefer to keep Kapanen if at all possible. And between acquiring Nutivaara and Mayfield and "de-accessioning" Zaitsev, I would pay any price within reason. With their current depth on LhD, even Rasmus Sandin isn't untouchable.
