5 stars for the lines... this is exactly what I would do!!!

Kadri is not playing the wing. He's been developed and stayed a centre his entire career, they're not changing him now. Marleau is not playing centre. He's stated all along that he doesn't want to play centre because its much more work than the wing and even he knows he's slowing down.

Zaitsev's looked his best beside Muzzin. Don't split that up and risk him being even worse than he is. & As bad as Hainsey is, he's still decent and helps Reilly alot. Don't split them up. Unfortunately Marincin probably stays in, I'd either put him with Rielly or Ozhiganov. He's good at controlling zone entries but horrific with the puck. He needs someone that can move the puck out well (ie Rielly).

& Sparks is absolutely starting tonight. Freddy played last night and has looked awful recently. It's Ottawa tonight. That's a Sparks game guaranteed.

Maybe a little old time success lines?

1. Hyman - Matthews - Nylander
2. Marleau - Kadri - Marner
3. Johnsson - Tavares - Brown
4. Ennis - Gauthier - Moore


1 - Nylander/Matthews is starting to look better. Put them back on the line that's had success in the past 2 seasons and that is most familiar.
2 - MarKadMar was dominant at times last season. Reunite them and see if the chemistry is still there.
3 - Unpopular and unlikely to move Tavares and Marner apart from each other, but Tavares/Johnsson looked good with Kapanen before, Brown could be the solid defensive option on the line (similar to when he played with JVR/Bozak). Filled with speed and smarts, would be deadly as a 3rd line option
4 - Speed, speed, and the GOAT

These are the lines I would throw at the bruins. They are a one line team. Put kadri on the top line to play against them while not killing marner and Tavares minutes. I think that would match well. Leaves. plenty of ice for the mathews line.
