That's pretty close to overpayment, because of the possibility that he walks after the season.

I'd maybe do a sort of a copy from Karlsson trade between SJ and OTT at the beginning of the season. SJ paid Tierney, DeMelo, Norris, Balcers, 1st, 2nd and 2nd for Karlsson and Perron.
