      things I don't understand...1) why is Laine making 3.7M when he'd be an entry level at 925K 2) As good as Fowler is and as much as I'd want him on the team, why would you trade 2 assests (the 22nd and Lemiux) who wouldn't need protection if the exapsion was to happen in 2 years to aquire Fowler when you're already going to have a hell of a time protecting what you have! If the expansion happens in 2 years instead of 1, we'd need to protect Buff, Myers, Enstrom (NMC) on D and then Ehlers, Schiefele, Wheeler, Little, Perrault, Kilorn, +___________________ While one of Dano, Armia, Stafford, Fowler, Morrisey, Lowry, Copp, Petan, Tanev, would get selected for expansion. Likely the expansion team takes Fowler or Morrisey but depending on what other teams do it could be anyone else! Also I believe it's pretty much confirmed expansion to Vegas in 2017-2018 is confirmed waiting for GOB approval on the 22nd.
