I will gladly sign for those 4 unprotected 1st round picks. Marner is not worth those money or picks. He is not the best winger in the league..

I agree with you, but marner is still 21. He can still improve. The cap will raise each years, making his %cap hit lower each year. I would be willing to sign him.
