Rutherford is already trying to trade JJ so I'm not sure where you get that idea.

Only way they're going to trade JJ is throw him into a deal as a cap dump and the way it stands it doesn't look like Kessel is being dealt so I doubt any team takes him unless we send a pick back which I don't see Rutherford doing either...
As far as Panarin goes, if he wants to win and the pens offer him 10m I'd like to think he'd consider it, it's definitely a long shot but so is trading both Malkin and Kessel at 50% retained salary wink
