Djoos will make more and vrana will only take 3 yrs max at that cap hit and the lines would be cool of they were

I like Johannson as a 3rd liner (like in Boston) and coming back to the Caps power play. I would not sign him for 5 million though. Maybe 4 million or less if that's possible. Pretty nice top 9 though.

I might stop being a Caps fan if they ever signed MoJo to $5mil a year. That's #horribad. He has barely played a full season over the last two years and has less productive in those healthy games than he was before when he was rocking the red. Even with a pretty good postseason this year, his playoff production is ~20% lower than this regular season production over his career. (0.568 ppg vs. 0.451 ppg). Hard pass on bringing him back. He never worked in a 3rd line role in DC and he has no business playing in the top 6 over our current options.
