I think those deal with Ovi and Backy look about right. Hoping Ovi is nice to us and gives us a good discount to end his career here.

Yeah, I don't think he will go crazy on money. and up to him on term. I could see him doing a 3-5 year deal or going Jumbo Joe style and doing 1 Yr deals depending on cap situation if he wants to win that badly.

I am in agreement with most here that Backie has always deserved a slight raise and goes from $6M to $8M. At the same time Ovi should be fine dipping a bit from $9.5 to $8.8 for the remainder of his career. With where the cap should be by this time I can see that working, especially with a Holtby trade to the west and Samsonov on RFA or Bridge $$

I like it. Only caveat is I don't think Burky will be in DC at this point, so some other prospect for sure.

That's fair. I just know if Holtby was going to be traded it would be:
1. To the West
2. For a NHL Ready Forward in Return
Other frameworks were a complete guess. Holtby for Lindholm (Or Comparable Forward) straight up could honesty be a possibility.
