Jeff freaking Skinner got 9. Panarin will want 11.5 and probably end up with 10.5...its not gonna happen here.

100% agree; got to love he puts Panarin on the 3rd line on top of it!

Donskoi is a interesting grab though. The Hawks should go after Nyquist or Dzingel or trade an asset or two with Florida for a 1 year rental of Hoffman with a conditional 1st rounder based on an extension.
