So do you think it would take a third or less? Would be great for Ottawa as they get a young player to play right away

Gusev cannot be offersheeted. He's in a free agent class that since he has not played an NHL game he cannot be offersheeted. Vegas holds his rights. If he leaves for the KHL, he must wait 2 full seasons before coming to the NHL as a UFA.
