Marner won't sign that low, And Shattenkirk has no desire to play in Canada. He wants the States only.

Interesting, Shatty has said, or hinted, or whispered in your ear, that he will play in the U.S. only? It's all pipe dreaming anyway.
Also interesting that "Marner won't sign that low" I need to understand low for Marner better I guess. Aho just got 8.5, Stone got 9.5, Nylander 6.9, Pastrnak 6.7. Hmmm
