High elite is just fine for him. If anything, medium franchise but High elite can turn into Franchise potential during a simulation. Johnson and Samuelsson won't be in the game due to NCAA but if they were, those would be their ratings and potentials.

I agree that he's not that much better but I gave Eichel an 88 because it is his first 80 point season. I can see him becoming an 89 or 90 throughout a roster update during the season, but as of now I think 88 is good for him.

Very understandable but just a little devils advocate here. This probably won’t be popular with leaf fans but just for fun I’d like to point out Matthews hasn’t even had a 75 point season and he’ll probably be ranked 90-91. All be it he did have a shorter season
