This team will be bottom 5 for the next few seasons at least. It's going to take massive jumps in progression from our young core players / prospects to even consider improving top 2 thirds / middle of the pack. You could also likely bet on the team not re-signing some of those good players to save uncle euge a few bucks which will set the team back even more.
