Description

A veteran like Williams who can still put up 45+ points will be a good help for Poehling.

Gardiner, despite his flaws, would likely be more disciplined playing with someone like Weber.

I think Colorado would accept Alzner, 3 million isn't the worst for someone who could be good on the third line. And considering the draft picks, it could be good.

Lindgren could be good in Columbus because they need goaltending depth. He's no Bob but he could handle some starts. Peca could be a fourth liner when needed and has better point totals than Markhus.

Yes Williams is still valuable, but 100% chance he resigns with CAR.

With this contract, I'd sign Gardiner. He surely asks for more $ and term.

If Carolina can't sign him, then I think the Habs should swoop in.

And I don't think Gardiner will get more than this, the most I see is 5.5 million. It half-way through August, I'm sure he will be in the five million range by now.
