any reason you place more importance on Turcotte over Suzuki , Drouin and a 2nd (Brook,Olofsson,Ylonen,Ikonen,Struble and Romanov drafted on 2nd round picks in the last 3 years alone )

Turcotte for Suzuki

Suzuki's ready now and could step into LAK and produce immediately on their aging roster with lots of opportunities to seize.
Suzuki will have 2-3 years under his belt by the time Turcotte's done in the NCAA with the Wiscosin Wolverine and Head Coach Tony Granato where he's developing great chemistry with Cole Caufield . The makes the trade for MTL because by the time Kotkanemi and Poehling are established in the league Turcotte-Caufield will be coming up from Wiscosion .

maybe add a pick but no higher then a 2nd
personally i think LAK need bodies to start their rebuild and would make the deal so they can have a player today

Do you think theyd do Drouin, Brook and a second for Turcotte? They get a top offensive talent that will help the Kupari/Vilardi produce more as rookies and also a young D stud in Brook to help them building a strong defense for the futur

i do

with Claugue , Bjornfoot and Andersen on LD developing Brook,Spence and Durzi on RD
most of the players above need a couple years seasoning as a lot of them are still 18-20 but Clague and Brook are closer.

Suzuki offers them the offensive playmaker with a high Hockey IQ to help bolster their already growing offense .
Kupari , Vlardi , Anderson-Dolan Gundstrom , and Lizzotte add an injection of youth to a heavily aging LAK roster .
