With this line up.it would leave in my humble opinion.Goldobin.Baertschi .leivo. Eriksson
Stecher and maybe virtanen plus one of our goalies and or Tryamkin? for a top 4-5 d man and a top six winger.Not a bad spot to be in going into the playoffs.if it was only this easy.

You can't possibly actually be looking for serious feedback here. Now I don't think Pietrangelo will cost near as much as most people on here think but seriously Stecher, Schaller, Bartaeshi are all 4th liners or 3rd pair defenceman while Pietrangelo would become your best defenceman. You have to realize how terrible that trade is. The Montreal trade is equally one side. Galagher is a 30 goals scorer and you are giving up 3 depth wingers for him. Bruh is a completely reasonable response to this.

Montreal says hard no.

You aren't getting Gallagher for some scraps. Montreal is top 5 in cap space, Alzner's contract isn't a worry.
