Why do the sens "need cap". They are the way they are by design.

Sens don’t need cap this year. Backes does not waive for Ottawa.

Yeah I had my reservations on getting him but I couldn’t figure out who? Any recommendations?

Well....that’s the problem. There really is not going to be much in the way of RW on the market. Toffoli is the best bet. Kovalchuk if LA retains some salary. Problem children Puju and Ho-Sang. Not pretty.

Might be better off going after a 3C and moving Coyle up to RW2.

But they have to make cap space. Backes will be hard to move. Miller and Moore are candidates,

True. I really do not want Ho-Sang. Do you think as a 3C option Brassard could be a possibility?
