Tampa probably matches, though might laugh all the way to next year's draft. The Eastern Conference isn't getting any easier and these Rangers would not be shoo-ins.

Montreal likely says no to trading Drouin, but if Kovalchuk and Tatar are re-signed, it's not out of the question.

The thing is Tampa also need to resign Cirelli, who is more important than Sergachev. (Considering they are in a win mode and they already have McD & Heddy) On top of that, they have a bunch of players w/ NTC and Vasilevskyi's cap increase by 6M.
