I can see there being something with the Toronto trade but I’d be guessing you’d have to retain some salary
Problem with the 3rd round pick from Edmonton is Calgary won’t technically have it till after the season ends

With all the guys they have on LTIR the Leafs would be able to take on Brodie as a rental and they'd have to figure it out from there.
