Possibly. Except their offense packs a pretty weak punch. Right now it's three middle six lines with not much stand out talent. Dadanov isn't necessarily somebody who defines a top line, but signing him makes it more of a trio of second lines instead + a strong fourth line. The defensive picture is pretty reliant on Romanov's jump, but this goaltending tandem could take away from the desperation for that need.
