If the cap stays at 81.5M, there probably won't be a compliance buyout. If the cap is reduced, then there likely will be.

I've been saying this for a while now, but I don't think re-signing Toffoli should be a priority at all. The contract will likely be a bit too much for a bit too long and Toffoli will decline. We have young wingers in the system who can work their way into the spot (Podkolzin, Hoglander, Lind) on ELCs. No need to tie up that much cap into that spot.

Baertschi costs a little more to move given the situation that most of the league will be in. Benn probably as well considering he was scratched for half the year.

We'd be lucky to get Tanev and Markstrom on those deals. The UFA market this year will be a complete wild card though so nothing is unreasonable now. I do think Gaudette get's less than that though.
