OK I have a question lets see if anyone has the answer. Maybe CapFriendly can get one from the NHL.
Last I saw NCAA players weren't allowed to sign to play this year. Usually they can sign after the NCAA ends and Play, sometimes making it into a playoff game like Donato did for Buffalo.

So here is my question. Since the NCAA is over. When is the NHL going to OK the signing of NCAA players for this year, if the playoffs resume.

It seems the league schedule is already mess up. That this should probably be happening now. Especially if they are going to start right at the playoffs.

It is already okay. Decent chunk of NCAA guys already signed. Some guys like Mitchell and Perunovich signed for what could be a 2 or 3 year contract where if the season resumes its 3 years but if the season is canceled it is only 2 years. Even Turcotte and K'Andre Miller already signed and left wisconsin.
