Description

Winnipeg opts to find a suitable 2C to play between Laine and Ehlers. Haula signs a 1 year "Show Me" deal. His Free Agency could not come at a worse time given the cap crunch and his injury plagued last 2 seasons. He gets a shot to increase his value next year playing between fellow countryman Laine and the Dashing Dane in Ehlers. If he can stay healthy, he will put up (probably) career numbers playing between those two and increase his value for next year.

We bring back Beaulieu, who was very solid in the games he played last year, and Samberg is the rookie that makes our squad full time. Niku is the next in line is Samberg falters.

I traded Dahlstrom because we have a log jam of LHD in the minor and need to give Heinola, Stanley and Chisholm consistant minutes.

I wouldn't count on him to play as 2c. He can't stay healthy and hasn't even played a full 82 game season

If youre doing a trade with Ottawa, you should just trade for Tierney.

44 point pace with no PP on the 2nd worst team in the league. Hes also 25, RFA and wouldnt be expensive.
