The San Jose Sharks are hoping for a quick turnaround and will not be going into a rebuilding per the article published on mynhltraderumors.com

I think they sign a capable 1A/1B goalie (Khudobin) and try to bolster their top 6 (Johnsson). There isn't a lot of cap space available to I had to go with cheaper options in the bottom 6.

I realize this team won't be cup favourites but I think they make the playoffs and are an upgrade from last year (if they can stay healthy).

To those who don’t know, Johnsson is basically a more expensive Marcus Sorensen. The same Sorensen that most sharks fans want to trade. Please stop sending valuables to acquire him, it’s demoralizing.

In no way is Johnsson "a more expensive Marcus Sorensen." He's much better than that, is 3 years younger, has the potential to be a consistant 20+ goal scorer (Sorensen never will be) and his numbers will increase even more in a top 6 role. Maybe the trade value is off but SJ would be better with him in the line up.
