Biggest UFA signings over the past several years by the Sens is Hainsey and Nate Thompson, and your owner is Melnyk, so good luck attracting decent UFAs.

PK is firmly in cap dump territory these days. He's a 9mil OFD who got out produced by Mark Borowiecki. Nobody is giving up assets for that.

Also there's no reason for Ottawa to trade Marcus Hogberg. He had a great rookie season as a Backup, and he's going to get a shot at being a full time NHL goalie next year. No reason for Ottawa to sign Crawford, and I doubt he would come here anyway.
